Weddings- Connell/Keech Wedding- Jamaica

I'm not sure how many aspiring photographers can say that the first wedding that they were (sort of) hired to shoot was located on the sunny beaches of Jamaica.

My friends Kelli and Stacy got married at Couples Tower Isle in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It's an all inclusive couples resort, and was a beautiful place for their wedding. While the all inclusive wedding package that they had as well included a photographer, I was both a guest and a second shooter of sorts.

The ceremony was short and sweet, and very very windy :) But the scenery was beautiful and the wind caused some crashing waves to be part of our backdrop for the mini champagne reception that followed.

The cake topper was hand-crafted by a friend of the couple. 

Kelli also finished the photo session with a "Trash the Dress" portion. However, her dress was fairly durable apparently, so she ended up drying it out and donating it to a local charity that supplied dresses for woman and girls who couldn't afford them.
